Can i lose 40 pounds this summer by doing this ?

this summer is the summer before my freshman year of high school,and at the moment i weigh approximately 200lbs. i wanna weigh 160 again cause that is like my weight "comfort zone". im gonna start a youtube channel this summer to keep track of my weight and help others through their journey too. i plan to run 1-2 miles a day and ride my exercise bike for 1 hour a day at a moderate pace during the summer. also i will be outside a few hrs a day with my field hockey goalie equipment practicing. other days i will be at the pool swimming or at pre season JV field hockey practice. Do you think i could possibly do this while eating healthy and consulting with my physician? comments please (any other ideas appreciated also)
