Make a CUTE outfit out of nothing?!?

Hey well there is this huge dance and i really want to go and where something cute! Its just i spent all my money the other day on a new pet so i just really want to create a nice outfit to wear out of clothes that i wore before and are simple, like aero, hollister, american eagle. All that stuff that my friends probably have seen me in before. I also have skinny jeans and boots. I have my idea for my hair. So any ideas how to make a cute outfit out of nothing?!
