What gpa do I need to get into a four year college?

During my freshman year I had a 2.05 gpa.Then my sophomore year I got a 2.65.Then my junior year I got a 2.77 gpa.Now im in my senior year and this semester I got a 3.65 gpa.I participate in book clubs,track and field,and theatre.So im trying to get a scholarship and I wanna major in elementary education so I can become a teacher.So what should I do?
