Will you help me find an outfit to wear for a night at Beale Street?

I'll be there at night. It'll be cool outside so I need a jacket or long sleeves. I don't want anything low cut. I'd like to wear skinny jeans and boots. So I need you to find me a shirt, maybe a jacket or something to make a layered look, jewelry, and matching boots. The jeans I have. So all that for under $100 would be great!
