Houses in the Delaware Valley?

I will be moving to the Delaware Valley soon, and am trying to find a good neighborhood. The only thing that is a definite is that I want a house(not an apartment.). I will be on a pharmacists salary(100,000 a year). These are the pros for my search in decreasing order. 1. In Philadelphia or as close to it as possible. 2. Within 30 min driving distance of a good school district. 3. Safe area. 4. An area with a lot of parks or athletic fields. 5. I want to preferably live in a development.
