PC KEEPS TURNING ITSELF OFF?

when i turn on my pc it gets as far as (starting windows) then just powers off so then i try booting from disc and it gose off a couple of times but then will stay on i run start up repair and it will start but will randomly power off i get no message or anything it not over heating anyone have any idea what could be wrong as it is driving me crazy
