What size Union bindings should I get?

I wear size 10 DC Judge snowboard boot and I'm looking at Union bindings. The size chart says M/L is for 6-10 and that L/XL is for 9.5-14. Should I go with the M/L and risk them too tight or the L/XL and risk them loose?
